It strikes me that this is a logical impossibility. What is known as a “Paradox”.

While it has not been asked, it exists by virtue of not having been asked.

However if I know of an example (which I do), if I specify it on this site in the form of a question …..

in order to answer your question, ….. it is self defeating in that I have asked it on this site (even if only in the form of a rhetorical question to which I do not seek an answer).
