First you record it, then use a burning program to burn it on a cd.

You need some kind of program that records sounds/music. Don’t know any names tho.

This website purports to be able to rip the audio from the youtube video so that you can then save it as an MP3. However, please read their rules / terms & conditions before doing so as some audio (eg, music videos from famous artists) most definitely would NOT be reproducible this way legally.

After you save it as an MP3 file, then it’d be easy to use some software such as roxio or what not to burn the file(s) to a CD or disc.
