Download "RealPlayer SP," after downloading, whenever you watch a video, there should be an option to download the video. This then downloads the video to your RealPlayer Library, and from there you can set to convert your downloaded video so that it functions on your ipod!
here is the link for RealPlayer. It is a FREE download.

So do I, use my How To then open iTunes WITH your Nano plugged in, add the video your library, when it's opened, click and drag the video to the Movies or TV Shows link under your iPod list which is located to the left of your iTunes screen.
I know ipod supports mp4 format, but youtube video is flv format. So you need to try nidesoft youtube video converter to convert youtube video to mp4 format.
I have used it for one year and I think it is good! You may try it !

Both these ways are just as efficient, and just as safe if not safer than yours.
possibly easier your way, but mine is still legal. RealPlayer is a trusted program, used by school boards, businesses, etc.
Dude, that's just more complicated, I honestly feel the way I showed it is a bit safer and better and possibly legal
I'm not talking about myself, the way HE explained it was a bit of a hassle.
