I have no clue but i use that as a substitution for eyeliner all the time :) it probably isn't the best thing to use though, i dont know about you but it makes my eyes water and burn, i still do it anyways.
It's definitely not a good thing... Can't you just buy eyeliner? It's far safer.. Rimmel do an amazing kohl pencil for £2.99. It's a good investment; better safe than sorry
it depends on the brand but for the most part, yes. Just buy eyeliner, it's made that if it does get in teh waterline, it wont sting or create redness.
