how do I change the background color/theme of my profile page?

Go to your profile, and click on Customize, located on the left side of your profile. Customize your profile how you want it, and then click on Save.

On the left hand side of your profile page you wil see a link called ‘Customize’. Click it

Go to costomization page and then at the bottom select a picture and It will apear on the background.
