Problem with my man, please help , thank you

Well me and this guy met 1 year and 6 months ago, over this summer I had to go back to my country because my dad was in jail. The guy really loved me he treated me like a princess and he was really respectful but when I came back from my country he was all rude and stuff. But he styll says that he likes me but he flirts wit girls he always has sum girls on hes namee and stuff and never minee on. But before my name use to be always on hes name. I really love him and unno what to doo.. I asked my mom and she said I should forget bout him cus hes waste of time and all my friends said that . He never asked me out yettt.. and he was keep tellin me how if ididnt go back to my country we wud be going out for a year and 6 months now (n) ..helpp ? Please help , thank you
