Problem with mp4 video
I transfer videos(each one with a different format to check if the mp4 really support all formats listed on the manual) from my pc to my mp4 . I open my removable disk files folder and all of them were listed so I went to the video menu on the mp4 and just one was listed(the one with the a v I format) but the warning “file folder error” appears when I try to watch the video. I went back to my pc removable disk files and open the same video,no image was showed but there is the sound of the video! What setting or step am I doing wrong? Many thanks for any advice
Hi, it sounds like you are missing a video codec.
