probelms with usb device[mp3] player

it says the usb device has malfuntioned and windows does not recognize it ok thats the easy part but when I click the devices properties it says drivers are not installed for this device so were can I get drviers

Try the manufacturers website that produced the mp3 player for the drivers. I’ve had that happen a few times, and generally sites like logitech have drivers available, so I can’t see why other manufacturer’s wouldn’t have their drivers available for download on their site as well.

If you happen to have the installation disk, that will help, but I’m guessing that you don’t…so, try the manufacturer website. Good luck & let us know if you need more help.
