How do I print this so it prints as a full page (photo)?

The way you have your Page Setup looks to me like it ought to work. Doesn’t it? If not, what happens instead?
It comes out on 1/3 of the page. to small to read.
Can you show a picture of how it comes out?
the small one is how it keeps coming out. the big one is how I want it to come out.

Your page set-up box is a bit different from what I’m familiar with. On the line for paper size, what does “Statement” mean? Maybe it refers to a smaller paper size and you need to select something larger?
You could try switching the scaling from “Fit to…page” to “Adjust to 200%.” If that works, you could fiddle with the percentage to get the size and fit you want.
