Premium texting!!!

I accidentily subscribed to premium texting because a friend forwarded ot to me. I’m almost cetain that I clicked end apllictaion about a month ago the last time a msg was sent to my phone. I havent had a msg sent to my phone since. The probelm is I forgot the number that a subscribed to. My dad said it is still on my phone. How do I find the number?
