Pregnant & herion

When you become pregnant you become a mother. A mother should always put her child ahead of herself…you on the other hand are selfish. You are only thinking of you and your addiction. Mothers should do everything they can to protect their children, not harm them. The side effects of you being selfish will last through your child’s life…did that baby ask to be born this way? There’s going to be a time in your life that you have to stop thinking of you and take responsibility for your actions. It’s a shame though that an innocent child will have to suffer because of you.

well my neice also is almost 8 months pregnant and in the beginning of her first temister was doing herion and smoking crack she said she stopped for a while than at 7 months starting injected herion into her self and that baby inside of her wow, I can’t imigine doing anything like that while pregnant I have three myself. anyway when she got caught she said she stopped they are taken baby csection next month, and she has a three year old, I was wondering would it show up in baby when born,I HOPE THAT WAY THEY GIVE HER A REALITY CHECK, and what effects does herion do to baby, given her benifit of doubt and she has stopped for three weeks would it show up in baby

WOW! ITS NOT DOING YOU ANY GOOD TO WONDER NOW. your DUE IN 2 WEEKS AND YOUR BABY WILL HAVE LIFE LONG PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF SOMETHING YOU DID. IF YOUR HOOKED ON DRUGS YOU SHOULD HAVE STOPPED AS SOON AS YOU FOUND OUT YOUR PREGNANT INSTEAD OF WAITING TILL NOW TO “WONDER” HOW LONG. YOU BETTER JUST PRAY LIKE HELL THAT YOUR BABY SURVIVES IF YOUR going to BE ANY KIND OF MOTHER AT ALL. GOOD LUCK!

For the rest of it’s life. Using heroin while pregnant can affect fetal development. Heroin use has been associated with an increased risk of miscarriage and premature birth, and babies may be born smaller than average and may be prone to illness. The substances that are cut with heroin may also cause problems during the pregnancy and affect the developing fetus.

Injecting heroin can increase the risk of both the mother and baby becoming infected with blood-borne viruses, such as hepatitis and HIV. Heroin can pass through the placenta to the fetus, and after birth the baby can experience heroin withdrawal, known as Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS). Most babies can be comforted with supported care, but some babies with severe NAS may need to be treated with medication to help with the withdrawal.

Pregnant women who want to stop taking heroin need to be very careful. Sudden withdrawal from heroin may harm the baby and increase the risk of miscarriage, premature birth and stillbirth.

If a mother continues to use heroin while breastfeeding, it is possible that the drug will be present in her milk and may have adverse effects on the baby.

it will for all of the baby’s life trust I should know my mother did heroine while pregnant with me and I am still dealing with the consequences and I am 25

probably untill its born as its still circling through your bloodstream, and now the babys I hope you know that doing drudgs while pregnant can result in a drug dependent baby who can end up having withdrawl symptoms after its born because the heroin will have left the bloodstream you can also mess up the development of its brain what you did was stupid you should se a doctor so they can check if your baby is going to be okay and if you have a habbit of taking drugs at least stop for 9 months so you can have a child if you cant stop taking drugs while your going to be pregnant then you should really reconsider having a child at this point in time

both of my parents did heroine from the conception through birth of at least me and my brother I’m 25 and my brother just turned 25 they think the heroine made my condition worse than it would have been. he was addicted the meth for a long time, just recently got clean,he’d first done drugs in kindegarden. and I was diagnosed with aspergers disorder and adhd and have trouble remebering stuff to this day and I just a benign tumor removed from my right ovary along with my tube and ovary and suffer from migraines. it took me 2 adoptions and about 100 foster homes to find a family after my parents lost me due to drug use so the next time you go to do heroine while pregnant think about what the baby is going to live with for the rest of their life

I cant believe you lot, she’s addicted to the drug, she cant just stop, its much better for her to take methadone for the rest of her pregnancy that to stop taking anything. Ofcourse she doesnt want to be in this situation, she maybe silly and made some bad choices, but everyone has done stupid things in their lifes, who are you to judge? The baby picked her as a mother for its own reasons, good or bad, she’s not a bad person just because she has an addiction. I wish her the best of luck, and know that she is much more than just an addict. XX
