Will I get pregnant if we have sex everyday?

Me and my husband have been married for 4 years. We finally decided we want a baby but I cant get pregnant. We only try for like 3 days a month. If we have sex everyday of the month do you think I will get pregnant? We both have nothing wrong with us health wise.

Advice? Thanks.

Possible - God’s timing is seldom our timing…I wish you the best !!

hmm well if youve been trying a lot and still cant id suggest getting a check-up again, as there are a lot of things that could make you unfertile…such as if you had chlamidia and didnt get it treated… the longer you have that the less fertile youll become… so id suggest asking around different doctors and figuring out if theres really nothing wrong however the more you have sex the better chances youll have of becoming pregnant, so it wont do any harm to keep trying!!

I know a couple that tried for years and finally gave up and got a dog. Shortly after, they got pregnant. (This either means to relax and not be so consumed with the idea, or that somehow the presence of dog food has an effect.)

Sorry I don’t know the women’s menstral cycle and when it’s the best time for you to try but just go online and research it. Get real facts. Obviously doing it more often will most likely better your chances and plus… I’m sure your husband will like that idea!

Have fun and good luck!

Dear texassweetheart84, For couples such as you that have been tested and all is well there can really be no answer as to why you are not getting pregnant. Having sex every day is the worst thing you can do. I’m sure you’ve been told since you have both been tested that you must calculate your ovulation time and only have sex during this time. This insure plenty of sperm and the correct timing. Sometimes there are just no answers. Sue…good luck

well if you have been trying for four years you might have to consider you and your partner both getting checked out and make sure everything is in working order. I have a friend that could not concieve as they were hell bent on having a child, as soon as they gave up (and didnt stress about it) she fell. I know it sounds hard but maybe you could try not to thnk about it so much and just enjoy practising as stress could be playing a major factor.

The week before you start your period is the time that you are most fertile and most apt to become prego.
