How far along into the pregnancy is Pam when she and Jim get married on The Office?

They never say exactly, but it is hinted that she was pregnant for several months due to the fact that Jim finds out in episode 5, and she has her child in episode 18. Season 6 of course. :D

Several months? She’s not showing. They just had the episode on, so that’s why I was curious. They seemed to skip very quickly from the wedding to the birth though, I must say.

They did. But just like all shows, the wedding/birth scenes are always skipped far ahead as to not delay any sort of action. If it was an actual birth process, the show would get boring with her being pregnant all the time.
