I am 8months pregnant?

I am 7 almost 8months pregnant and my iron level is at a 8 when it should be atleast an 11 im on iron pills and I eat right but I just cant get it to go up and it causes me to feel light headed and dizzy and pass out at times I was wondering if anyone know of different foods I can eat to make my iron level go up and stay up

Iron rich foods: Beans Spinach Asparagus Bran Almonds Meats (beef, pork, poultry)

Vitamin C also helps the absorption of iron, so be sure you’re getting enough of that as well (abundant in oranges, strawberries, tomatoes, peaches, broccoli…)
