Pothead needs help!

I smoke every day..like literally everyday,and I feel useless now. I can’t think! I can’t focus and most of all I can’t stop smoking..is there anything that I can do?

find a friend that doesnt smoke at all or not much. all you need to do is talk to someone about it I have a really good friend that does it everyday hes basically a dealer now but one day we just sat down and talked he spilled his feelings out to me but your not useless theres always a way to stop it but you cant just stop smokeing RIGHT AWAY its not naturel and its good for you just limit yourself less and less weed everyday so by a few weeks you wont want want to smoke as much anymore, then it will come a time where you dont need it all the time !!
