Is a post RN nursing programme for persons who already have a degree in nursing?

  Most colleges accept students for a BS in nursing if they have appeared for the NCLEX-RN (National Council Licensure Examination) and are registered nurses. I've heard that CollegeAmerica also offers nursing programs which can be completed in less than the normal completion time.   I want to apply for a nursing degree but the college to which i am applying only has the option for a post RN degree so i'd like to know if i am able to do that. Thank you
