What is this poem type?

it has 3 stanzas(with 4 lines in each), a rhyme scheme of: ABAB,CDCD,EFEF, and also a rhyming couplet at the end. please help :)

Sounds like a Shakesperean sonnet, most his sonnets follow that pattern.
