I don’t think its either of those… I would guess something along the lines of “they’re made of less” or something.. because “hecho” comes from the verb “hacer” which means to do or to make. I would guess that the “los” represents a group of objects or people, and menos is like “minus” or “less” or “least,” depending on the sentence. And “de” is of.
