hi I'm 14 years old and I have pimples over my fore head how to reduce them
-Pull your hair back into a loose ponytail before you go to bed to keep it off your face. Your hair has oils in it that can make your face and prone to breakouts.
-You can buy products at Target or any other drug store that contain benzoyl peroxide or salycic acid in them and put it on your forehead or where the zits are.
-Clean & Clear makes good facewashes or you can go to a place like Clinique and get there facewash.
-If it's really bad, you can visit a dermatologist & ask him about Amoxillian pills that will help clear up your acne.
for me I started taking vitamins zinc and acidophilus both have helped me immensely =]
