It’s called an Animation the most useful program to use is PhotoScape and yes I do use it,very useful. And it’s save as .gif

Try going to lunapic.com or mytheme.com and upload the photo you want to edit then click ‘animations’ at the top and pick the ones you want for your photo. Hope this helped.

If you have pictures, you probably have a camera. And it probably came with software to load onto your computer. Just open the software, open the picture in it, and see what all the buttons do. Check the “Help” button on the software for details. When one picture changes to another, continuing in a row back to the first picture, it’s called a “slideshow,” and your software can tell you how to do that, too. IF you don’t have software from your camera, just search the internet for “free photography software,” and you’ll have plenty to choose from. In fact, your computer probably came with some type of photo-manipulation software.

You can purchase an animation editing software, or use an online application such as gifworks.com
