If it’s the same as a nano, you pull up iTunes. Then have your iPod plugged in, and click the button to pull up its information. If you look to the top there should be different tabs, like Music, Movies, Podcasts, and Photos. Well, you click the one that says photos. And it should bring up all the folders saved on your computer that you have photos in. Click the folder, you want on your iPod. Then you just need to click sync:)
Connect your iTouch to your computer with the USB cable that came with the iTouch. Then you can get any photo from the computer you want onto it, just sync it up when you’re done.
