pharmacy technician and felonies

I am almost finished with pharmacy technician school. I recently got arrested for battery on leo and resisting arrest without violence,these charges seem to contradict! sept. 1st is my court date. if one of these felonies becomes a conviction which is very probable,can I take the ptcb exam?

Wow… that’s BAD!!!

I am also in school for Pharmacy Tech and there have been SEVERAL people getting kicked out because there fingerprints came back with Felony’s. If you have any Felony’s your license is AUTOMATICALLY denied. There really is no going around it. But good luck..

How do those charges contradict exactly?

You best talk to your professor about this…there may be a way for you to get around it.
