You can get them everywhere on your body. The worst I ever had was inside the nose. :-/

ohh i dont have a pimple there but i was just asking.. i hate clean and clear products they always dry my skin out. i use a different brand.

Yep, if you have a bump there it might also be an ingrown hair.
