Is it crazy to have a permit at 15?
No, that's the legal age to get a permit in most places. I dont see anything wrong with it, afterall, with a permit you must still have a parents or older guardian in the car with youd driving.
nah. I got my permit on my 15th bday and my license on my 16th.
