Why, when people post a link, does it change the link to a FunAdvice link?
Is it a way to make a little extra money, which I know is completely legit:3 Or is it making links more safe? I’m just curious!

It’s so that the link is shorter. It prevents having links that are so long they break through the framework of the site and skew the page.
