Answer #1

I would imagine so.

Answer #2

I don’t believe PediaSure has actually been researched to determine if it is healthy for ALL children. Hospitals use it and doctors recommend PediaSure as does advertising, corporate alliances, and spnsorship. But how many recommendations have proven otherwise, after the fact? Read the ingredients and do some research on them…There is alot of Lab made nutrients(synthetic isolates) in the ingredients along with sugars, cheap fats and proteins. The long term effects to developmentally growing children in using the product are not known. What is known is that with each generation of children being born, there is a significant rise in disease and disorders in the numbers of children affected with Autism, ADHD, Diabetes, chronic ear infections, manic depression, etc, etc, etc. Problems that the Baby Boomer generation rarely if ever saw. But then again the parents of the baby boomer generation kept to diets of whole natural foods. Food products that existed then that also exist today, have drastically changed in the ingredients that have evolved. Personally I would if ABSOLUTELY necessary use it on a short term basis but concentrate on whole natural foods on the long term.
