if its made form concentrate then, usually its made from frozen orange juice that is reduced in volume in the country that grew the oranges (oftens brazil, Israel or the US). whenits finally packed its defrosted, the volume is remade using water from the local supply.
unless it actually says on the carton that it includes other items then its still classified as "pure orange".
there are orange juices oiut there which are meddled with, but these are clearly marked, identifying the additions. there are some juices which are over watered and may have sugar and other ingredients added - these are usually called nectars"
No offense, I applaud you for running their "resources" dry. Overpopulation will catch up to us all very soon. The clever and truly human will survive. The rest will be swept away in this age's interpretation of "the great cleansing" ...ps the covenant says we wont be judged with water again, but I ask you, and everyone else reading, what about fire, earth, or wind?
