Well I'm not positive what you're trying to ask here - are you asking for the country code of Docomo users, or are you trying to call back stateside from a Docomo phone? The two area codes that I'm aware of for Japan are 090 on the mainland and 080 for Okinawa and other Ryukyu islands. To dial back to the states from a Docomo phone you'll want to dial 0101 first and then the full number.
Again, this question is really not specific, but here's what I have, take it or leave it.
