What to do for back pain?
O my god can someone tell my what to do for bad back pain i am crying because it hurts so bad.

Well, if it is hurting this much right now, I suggest you take some tylenol or advil to kill the pain right now. Even though it hurts really bad, please do not overdose!!! As soon as you can, you should go see a doctor or chiropractor!! They can help you as soon as anyone could, and you know whatever they do, you will be safe! Best of luck!! :)
If it is excruciating than go to a doctor right away even if you have to go to an emergency room.
If it isn’t that bad than you can wait a day or two to see if it is something that will get better on its own. If it doesn’t seem to be getting better on its own than see a doctor, preferably an orthopedic surgeon. I’ve found that a good orthopedist can work miracles. Ask around to find a good one.
Then why you don’t go to check??
i went to the chiropractor and when the tried to “pop” my back it hurt worse
Try to not set for long time, don’t carry heavy things and have massage with oil. I hope it will help you
