your covered in germs everyone is there are thousands-millions of germs on our hands, face, tounge, ect all over our bodies but there usually normal there are of course germs that can make you sick or worse and sometimes it only takes on of them

Yes, in a lot of cases all it takes is ONE germ to enter your body, and multiply. This is how people get sick. Your body is like a garden for germs. They get in there and reproduce at an amazingly fast rate. Thats why your immune system is constantly changing to be able to detect and destroy bacteria and germs because they are ever changing as well. Luckily the human race is great at keeping just one step ahead of them all. If we weren’t one single germ would change so quickly that it would become deadly very fast. Hope that helped!
