Olympic Swimming
I keep seeing a lot of the swimmers lick or spit in their goggles. WHY!!!???
You do the same thing when snorkling with your mask, I just learned that this summer first hand. Seems gross, but it works.

EWW WELLL at least uve seen the olimpics I havnt had a chance to watch it and plus we get it PREV-REC since I live on the southern california, no live tv for us
It keeps their goggles from fogging up.
Yup. It stops the fogging. Scuba divers do the same thing with their masks.
