Nutmeg and milk acne remedy

Ok, so I know that nutmeg and milk are supposed to be the miracle remedy. I just want to know how uch nutmeg to put in how much milk. With my luck I’ll probably put in too much and die. Please, whoever it works with, please tell me. All the websites say “just grind up some nutmeg into unboiled milk and apply to face for 1-2 hours”. Please tell me how you do it if you have acne!

I honestly don’t think there is any miracle remedy for acne, you should try some proactive if you want guaranteed results.

or you can buy proactiv

I’ve nver heard of that working. A good home remedey is one fourth a cup of cornstarch @ a teaspoon of water mix toghter till cornstarch is smooth then scrub @ rinse.

I doubt that works… nothing in milk or nutmeg would help acne… however I don’t think you’ll die.

just go to the store and by some good face wash. you can still try this remedy but I highly doubt anything will happen.

Its just a dash of nutmeg, otherwise your face will start to “burn” (with pain). You can buy things to wash you face with, but most have chemicals that not only remove the dirt, but also remove moisture, which makes you face “think” its too dry (which it probably is), and create more oil than before, giving you wayyy more pimples.

I have never tried that particular one, but I use a mask of honey, whole milk, oatmeal, chamomile tea (dried), and strawberries, blended together, once a week. I only make enough for one time, because it does not keep well. I really like it because it (for me) reduces redness and size of my pimples, while leaving my skin soft and not feeling dried-out. Here is the recipe I use. 1/2c uncooked oats 1 tsp honey 2 tbsp whole milk 1 packet chamomile tea 3 large or 4 medium strawberries (if no strawberries, lemon or lime I wash it off with water, no soap. I also wash my face 3xs a week with whole milk. Just try whatever you like a few times, and if it doesn’t work for you, just try something else.

I use nutmeg and milk paste everyday as a scrub, and apply in to dry on the parts where my skin has acne. It’s a really good cleanser (better than facewash lol), and does subtle down acne; plus it’s really easy & quick to make and smells nice! I definitely recommend it =)
