Your husband is mistaken. There is no rule that you have to have unprotected sx three times before you can get pregnant. Only one time is needed to get pregnant. Girls can even get pregnant their very first time having sx. All it takes is one sperm.

If you do not want to have a baby right now, you can look into getting the morning after pill if this happened very recently. The morning after pill helps to prevent pregnancy in the event that regular birth control failed, like in your case, or in the event of a sexual assault. You can call your ob-gyn, doctor, pharmacist, Family Planning, or Planned Parenthood to ask how you can get it, but you have to do it quickly. You have to take the morning after pill within 72 hours of intercourse.

If it has already been more than 72, then you might have to just wait and see if you miss your period and take a pregnancy test. If it is positive your options would be to keep the baby, put it up for adoption, or have an abortion.

Don’t be afraid to ask your doctor, ob-gyn, pharmacist, Family Planning, or Planned Parenthood any questions you might have about anything. Also don’t be afraid to correct your husband about this stuff! If he is going to be sexually active, he should know how pregnancy occurs!

You can also ask your ob-gyn about other methods of birth control so that you can use them in addition to the condom. That way, if the condom breaks, you have the other method of birth control to act as backup.

Your husband is all wet. Did he read that in a book or something? If you are pregnant, I hope you carry the baby fuul term, then give it up for adoption. Don’t kill the baby. There are many, many , many people out there who would gladly adopt the child.

Hun> you can get pregnant anytime..and it only takes ONE time! A woman can only get pregnant during ovulation. If you have a consistent 28 day cycle, ovulation is likely to begin 14 days after the day of your last period. If your cycles are somewhat long, subtract 18 from the shortest number of days in your shortest cyle. When your next cycle begins, count ahead this many days. The next week is a reasonable guess for your most fertile days. A woman can also get pregnant while on her period. Especially if her periods are shorter!

So if your concerned, wait to see if you miss your next period. If you do, you might want to take a pregnancy test to make sure.
