How can I lose this belly fat?

Ok, so I know that I’m not fat, but I can’t seem to get rid of the fat on my abdomen. I work out everyday, but it just won’t seem to go away. Does anyone know a way for me to lose my belly fat?

My advice is to do crunches. As a ballet dancer, we do all sorts of crunches…they may sound wierd but at least they work! Try doing some with both your feet strait up, then with only one straight up, then try doing some with one foot straight and about 3 inches above the ground and the other straight. Doing different foot work such as stated above exercises different muscles, and maybe you just haven’t necessarily targetted the muscle that you want to lose fat from. Oh by the way, DO NOT TRY ANY PILLS. The companies that make pills say they work, but do not trust them because they are only trying to make money off of ingnorent people who think they could lose weight as simple as taking a water pill. (so do not waste your money). :)

i have a friend who was going through the same thing as you and she kept trying everything she worked out all the time and she could not loose the weight so one day she went to the doctors to get advice and they said it was because she wasnt eating correctly so try looking at what your eating or go to the doctor to see what else you can do but this worked for my friend..
