Not eating after 7 ?

I am trying to lose weight do you think that if I stopped eating after 7 I may lose more or does it matter ?

you should try to eat because I done that before and guest what happen I got sick on the floor. And even if your don’t eat something will come in your belly and it can kill u.it is true because my doctor told me when I didn,t eat. And you will not loss weight you will get sick.

Actually, my doctor has said that not eating after a certain time can actually make losing weight harder. You are supposed to eat like 5-7 small meals a day, not 3 large ones.
