Pretty good. It would help to actually get to hear it rather than reading it. If I must offer even one criticism, it would have to be the name/title. There’s already at least three songs named ‘Amanda’ by Boston, Don Williams and Waylon Jennings, all pretty great songs that would offer some pretty stiff competition with memorability. Maybe change the name to Miranda or something similar. That way, when the song becomes a big hit, you can protect the identity of the girl you wrote it about and everyone will wonder who Miranda is.
