Need Happy-ness
I feel down and like crud.. Need ways to make myself feel happy.
…so far listening to music isn’t doing much help…which sucks.
((is that even how you spell “happy-ness”??))
dont wory everyone feels like sh*t now and again its total normal! try hanging out with your bubblelyist mates ang having a laugh garanteed to make you feel 10 time better trust me :D xx.
Pick up and hobby that will have you be active. I took up karate and not only am I really good at it, I also met new people, I developed discipline, I practice outside the dojo, I feel a sense of achievement, etc.
Personally, I’d recommend exercise be it with weights or running or both or other stuff. Taking care of your body and feeling alive because you’re in the best shape ever is the best feeling because you worked hard for it + you develop a respect for your body and yourself.
