How can I get along with my parents??
depends on how old you are. if your about over 15 and you sit down and have a talk with them try acting calm. if they start yelling at you for something just sit there and listen . DO NOT TALK BACK. when they finish yelling or talking, just say I understand; even if you don't understand. come back again the next time and ask to talk to them again. JUST DON'T TALK BACK... and if still they don't let you do what you want even after you don't talk back, THEY WILL SOONER OR LATER AND YOU AND YOUR PARENTS WIL COME TO SOME TYPE OF AGREEMENT. its ok to compromise. IF YOU WANT THEM TO TREAT YOU LIKE AN ADULT, YOU HAVE TO ACT LIKE ONE AND THAT CONSIDERS TALKING LIKE ONE.
well if they dont care to talk to you then try to find a good subject to talk with them, tell them how school is what new in your life, make and interesting subject to talk to them with that you think is comfortable.
Realize they're people like anyone, not perfect but they do try to do their best and look after your best interests, because they love you and care - be Thankful, may, many, parents don't...Take care !!
