I put some on today and did what the directions said leave on for 3 mins then take cloth and wash off… but when I used to the cloth it started burning really bad.. and the hair didnt come off… and also how it says dont rub on… how are you suppost to put it on if you dont rub it on. Then I used the nair pretty for my legs… and I put that on and lefted it on for 5 mins then used the cloth but nothing happened no hair came off.. what am I doing wrong? Please help!

  1. Read all instructions on the leaflet that comes with the box
  2. Make sure there are no broken skin, sores or spots - if there are, avoid these areas as it may well hurt
  3. With the pack you get a green spatula, squirt some cream onto the bent outwards part (see the leaflet) and smooth over your region.
  4. Make sure there isn’t more in one area than in other, add more if you want to, there is no excess limit.
  5. Leave it for however long it tells you to - normally about 10 minutes.
  6. Once your 10 minutes are up, use your spatula to scrape off the cream, hair and all onto some toilet tissue.
  7. Once most of the cream is off, step into the bath/shower and shower down with warm (not hot or cold) water. Hair will come off if you use your hands to rub it off.
  8. Do not use soap at all!!!
  9. Get out of the bath/shower and PAT dry with a towel, do not rub.
  10. You can use a moisturiser afterwards to prevent bumplings (little bumps under the skin)

If the chemicals start to make a burning sensation, leave it until it gets worse, if it does, immediately wash off.

This is how they should explain it on the leaflet.

right well to put it on you need to pat it down, you can rub a little bit but not like as you would to put moisturier on sunscreen on…not that kind of rubbing in if the are is red, ichy or burning after or during use, you should stop using the product as you could be allergic to it put it on dry skin (not wet) then get a warm (wet) towel to wipe it off if you cant see results and the product isnt hurting/burning ect you then try leaving it on for a few minutes longer
