  save the picture on your computer. go to an image hosting site. here's a quick one www.tinypic.com browse your documents to find that picture you want. upload it. and there will be a bunch of links. copy the DIRECT LINK [which I beieve is the last one]

  go to your pictures then click on a pic so its the only one on the screen then at the top of the myspace page it will say "set as default" and click on that
