How can I check a deceased relative's Myspace?

I had a brother pass away and my family and I would like to go into his myspace to open up all of the comments that people have left because it’s set to private. How do I hack into the myspace account?

You will have to provide Myspace with a death certificate and go thru the channels there. . . Because of anti hacking laws it may mean a lot of paperwork for you.

You can’t hack into it but maybe send a message to My Space explaining the situation and ask for their help.
