Hey Girl, If your skin is medium, think “cool” and “ash” browns like L’Oreal Paris;Feria Multi-Faceted Shimmering haircolour in crystal brown($10.at drugstores). If you have light eyes, consider “cool” reds; If they’re darkish, do a mahogany hue or cinnamon highlights. To go blond, hit a salon.
