hey I was just wondering…is it normal 2 get your period 4…10 days if you have been getting it 4 the last 4 years…? mine always lasts longer than other girls periods…and its sooo annoying caus it means I will go through nearly 2 packets of pads… and that means that I cant go swimming caus my caregiver says its yuck 2 use tampons in the ocean or pools… please help…

Maybe you should talk to your DR. about birth controle. That usualy makes your period shorter and lighter.

Periods tend t be irregular depending on your age, sexual activity and basic health.

It sounds like you may just be irregular, which is common.

You could talk to your caregiver about going to see a doctor to have it checked out and talk about birth control (which is sometimes used to regulate periods) if you’re old enough.

not really. but if it only happened that one month then why worry about it now? just ask your mom if its at all normal. or go like a doctor or something. ask them about it. they’re the experts. I’m not. xoxoTina
