Ermmm it’s never completely safe! Please use some sort of contraception!!! But actually just before your period is the least likely time for you to get pregnant (besides while your actually on your period) but no time is completely safe! Please Please Please use contraception!

if it were me I would do it after the last period. because whe you do it right before your period you have a major chance of getting pregnent. thats when the egg needs to be fertalized but right after you have your period the egg is forming and not ready to be fertilized yet I would do it after. but thats just me.
