My parakeet got a small cut on her wing what should I do?

My brother was jumping on the bed when he knoked our parakeet off the table. I picked her up rait away, Then checked her over I noticed she ha a cut on her wing. I could see 2 dots of red in the cut. She is being normal but she is not moving mutch, when I put my hand in her cage she stayed still when usaly she is scared of my hand. It is then I noticed 3 more slightly smaller cuts. She is trying to get at them. What do I do please help! ( she is very old we have had her ever since I rember) I am really scared! HELP

Have you taken her to a vet?

Seen as they are the ones who no a lot about animals…

I no why you are worried but get a vets appiontment as soon as possible so they can hopefully get it bandaged up so she cant get at the cuts :D x

If you can try to keep the cuts clean and dry. If you think she has any internal injuries (e.g. accidental broken wing), and persisting different personalities, something might be wrong, so take her to an avian vet.

There might be some ointments that you can put to stop the bleeding on your parakeet. Call a vet to find out, because some human medicine could be fatal to the bird.

clean it and put some triple antibiotic on it she will be fine
