my chatroom boyfriend

my friend asked 4 advice on my behalf the other day about my boyfriend who I met on a chatroom. she shew me the responce she got, the general opinion is that I am stupid and nieve. this is not the case. firstly I am 100% sure that he is who he says he is and the age he says he is. he was so lovely 2 me and believe me it was real. recently he has not spent the time talkin 2 me. I am worried I have done something wrong. the other day I was convinced that he had anouther girlfriend so I sent him a txt message, having a massive go at him. he replied saying basically I was paranoid and he had just come out of hospital. he wont tell me why he was in hospital and I dont know whether to believe him or not. I know it is easy for a starnger 2 say just leave him but he used 2 such a nice guy and I just want it bac the way it used 2 be.

please help with any adice you have 4 me because I am really stuck
