How to turn my cell to quiet?

ok my cell phone keeps bothering me all my teen frends keep textin me does anyone know how to put your cell on quiet besides turning it off?because I need a really important call from somebody and I cant miss it!so please somebody give me some advice.

Make you rcell go on vibrate. Or you can put it on silent mode. The silent made button should have a pic of a speaker with a line through it (if your new to cells, not trying to be *itchy).

Yeah but if she’s waiting for an important call she wont hear it if she has it on silent and may not notice it vibrate.

So I guess you’ll just need to changed the text messaging settings.

Just put it on the lowest volume mode

There’s usually a button on the side that you can click so that can turn from ringing to vibrate.

Go to your settings and you’ll be able to make it so text messages are silent.

Pretty sure your phone would have a silent/vibration mode. Look at its manual.
