My brother moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. He said he wants to die his hair green but his school won’t let him? How could that be, I mean it’s just hair?
It’s all about control.
If they let kids colour their hair, it will lead to them wanting piercings, which lead to inappropriate clothing, and so on as it snowballs, eventually leading into rebellious behaviour.
The best way to deal with a school full of kids is to keep them all submissive.
