It’s a mexican word for a guy(s) who is up to no good, like mischievious.(my spelling could be wrong too) A dangerous or shady girl to be careful with is called a muchacha. I think they are slang words in the lanquage. Not the most respectful way to address someone.

That may be its colloquial meaning in some contexts, but literally it simply means boy or lad, as Napp said.
