Why don't Myspace profiles come up during search?

how come a myspace profile can have a name listed but if you search it , it doesnt come up either by display name or just name,one thing I noticed I has am (tm) beside the name

News Corp the owners of myspace are tons bigger than us (funadvice)…it seems to me, they should be the best people to help out on this.

Now, if you notice on our member search some people don’t show, it’s beculause they can edit their profile to opt out of the member search.
